We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab contract in Monument, Colorado . This opportunity offers the chance to work with patients focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life in a collaborative clinic-based setting.
This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys orthopedic outpatient care, individualized treatment planning, and helping patients progress toward their functional goals.

Estimated Pay: $1,726/week gross
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Collaborate with the clinic team to support strong patient outcomes.
