nnPosition Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist
nSchedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date: 09/14/2026, end date: 12/14/2026.
nRequired Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; valid state license for the work location.
nPreferred Qualifications: None specified.
nAdditional Information: The Physical Therapist completes comprehensive patient evaluations, creates individualized treatment plans, and documents care in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role includes participation in student training, professional development, and adherence to safety and performance improvement initiatives.
