We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab contract in New Castle, Delaware . This opportunity offers the chance to work with an adult patient population while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys orthopedic outpatient care, individualized treatment planning, and working in a collaborative clinic environment focused on strong patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
