Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience to treat a diverse patient population including geriatric patients in a single-location outpatient clinic.
Details
Outpatient physical therapy setting at a single location
Treats 8-10 patients per day
Patient population includes general orthopedic, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall-risk cases with a large geriatric population
Uses Cerner EMR
Schedule is Monday-Friday, with shifts typically 8 hours between 0700 and 1730
No weekend or holiday requirements
Works alongside PTAs and Rehab Techs, reporting to the Director
Requirements
Active PT license required, if applicable
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
EMR charting experience required
Driver's license copy required for consideration
Additional Information
Department-specific orientation provided, including facility environment, processes, and EMR training
Dress code includes burgundy scrub top and bottom or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit-associated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year; PRN work through outside staffing firms is acceptable
