nOutpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position available in a newly established clinic located in Seymour, IN. This role involves providing outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population, with a focus on delivering quality care in a dynamic clinical setting. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for a Temp-to-Perm arrangement, supporting career growth and stability.
nJob Details
nnPosition: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
nSchedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with the last patient at 4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, with the last patient at 6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, with the last patient at 3:00 PM. One-hour lunches included. Schedule structure preferred is 5x8s; flexible options will be considered.
nShift Hours: 8 hours per day
nMinimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
nStart Date: 10/12/2026
nEnd Date: 01/11/2027
nRequired Qualifications: Outpatient experience preferred; no minimum experience requirement; valid licensure as a physical therapist.
nPreferred Qualifications: Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
nDocumentation System: NextGen
nStaff Support: Front desk staff and rehab aides
nFloating: Floating to Columbus may be considered if staffing is secured
nAdditional Information: Dress code is business casual. A Generative AI Documentation Scribe is utilized to enhance clinical documentation efficiency and focus on patient care.
