Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Rehabilitation assignment in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a consistent day shift, competitive hourly pay, and potential contract extension in a desirable California location.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals.
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license in California.
Previous outpatient PT experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work the scheduled 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
