Job Summary
nOutpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) Location: Not specified. nnPosition Description: Evaluates assigned patients, creates and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician instructions, and ensures safe, effective care delivery. Responsibilities include delegation of therapy services, patient and family education, and contribution to quality improvement initiatives.
nCertifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; licensure in good standing; willingness to work days, 8 hours shifts, and 40 hours per week.
nSchedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
nAdditional Information: Participates in student training, adheres to regulatory standards, and maintains professional licensure and continuing education requirements. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality care, and professional growth through ongoing education and engagement in performance improvement initiatives.
nSubmission Requirements: Candidates should submit credentials demonstrating compliance with all qualification criteria and relevant certifications.
