Description
American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a long-term travel assignment requiring active licensure and prior experience in an outpatient setting.
Details
Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
5x8-hour AM shifts, 40 hours per week
No on-call requirements
Uses InSync EMR system
Requirements
Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment
Experience in an outpatient setting required
One professional reference required
SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
Equipment and parking details will be provided during the interview and first day
Dress code information will be shared on the first day
Holiday weeks may require additional scheduled hours
Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
Candidates with previous travel assignment history at this facility should have their eligibility verified before consideration
