Job Summary
nOutpatient Physical Therapist in the PT OP specialty is needed in the outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities while adhering to organizational standards and safety protocols.

nSchedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
nPreferred Qualifications: Experience with previous assignments and previous successful placements with the healthcare agency are highly desired.
nAdditional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and ensures documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates a commitment to patient and employee safety, with a focus on safe patient handling, infection control, and hazard awareness.
