Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience, with day shifts Monday–Friday and 1 weekend per month.
Details
Outpatient physical therapy setting
Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
Monday–Friday schedule with 1 weekend per month required
No on-call requirements
Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Active PT license required if applicable
Copies of all relevant certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates are accepted
RTO is capped at 7 days; RTO cannot be requested during the first week of the assignment
If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work all of them with no holiday RTO
If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work two; one holiday RTO request may be submitted for approval
Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
Travelers must have been away from this facility system for a full year before returning as a traveler
No alternate shift or schedule change requests are permitted; the posted shift is firm
