Description
American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a long-term assignment in Buckeye, AZ, requiring an active PT license and relevant setting experience.
Details
Outpatient physical therapy setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week
30-minute meal break with auto-deduction if not clocked out
No on-call requirements
Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
May start with compact license but must obtain full state license during assignment
Experience in an outpatient setting required
One professional reference required
SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
Candidates previously employed by the facility as PRN or perm staff must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
Parking and dress code details provided on first day
Interview process includes a virtual interview review before final selection
