Role:
Outpatient Physical Therapist on a travel basis, responsible for providing outpatient therapy services in Buckeye, AZ.
Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments, follow a day shift schedule (8 hours), utilize InSync EMR, and adhere to facility policies.
Qualifications: Active PT license (or ability to obtain full license), outpatient setting experience, one professional reference, SSN required.
Key Duties: Provide patient care in an outpatient setting, manage 40 hours/week, and participate in a virtual interview process.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy, license compliance, and professionalism. No on-call duties required.
This position offers a 13-week assignment with a standard 40-hour workweek, focusing on day shifts.
