Job description
Role:
Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for providing therapy services in a travel capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient clients.
Manage patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Current license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Strong knowledge of outpatient therapy practices and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Details:
This role involves working 8-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly, in a travel setting, with a focus on outpatient therapy services.
