Job description
Role:
Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive therapy to patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions, including gait, balance, post-surgical, neurorehabilitation, orthopedic care, craniosacral therapy, and pelvic rehabilitation. Deliver individualized, safe, and effective treatments in outpatient settings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Outpatient therapy experience, active PT license (NH or Compact), BLS certification, and ideally at least 2 years of outpatient experience. Must have own vehicle and include scheduling requests during submission.
Key Duties:
Conduct therapy sessions, document patient progress, and coordinate care plans. Submit required documentation such as a cover page, work history, supervisory reference, and licensure details. Communicate planned time off upfront.
