Job description
Role:
Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for providing therapy services to patients, helping them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient therapy, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and support patient recovery in diverse settings. Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited institutions, active state license, and outpatient experience. BLS certification may be required. No recent graduates.
Key Duties:
Work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule, providing 40 hours per week. Maintain high-quality patient care and documentation.
