Job description
Healthforce seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel assignment in Ukiah, California. This hospital-based program is 13 weeks long, begins 10/26/2026, and requires 40 hours per week on day shifts, with no guaranteed hours.
Salary is paid weekly from $2,727 to $2,940, and we provide assignment support and credentialing assistance. A California PT license (or eligibility) and a DPT or equivalent are required, with outpatient experience preferred.
