Job description
Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, focusing on gait, balance, post-surgical and neurorehabilitation goals in outpatient settings. Requirements include an active NH or Compact PT license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of outpatient experience.
