Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU Burn Unit
General Information This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specializing in burn care. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with different medical conditions, including those needing critical care.
Unit Specifics Number of Beds: 12
Patient Ratios: ICU patients: 2:1
Med/Surg and PCU patients: 4:1
Unit Staffing: Charge RN, RNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
Type of Equipment: Ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per month (schedules are 4 weeks)
Floating Policy: Contract labor floats first
Patient Experience Requirements: Med/surg experience preferred
Hospital Specifics Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
