Job Details:
Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse
Location: Florence, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 47.01 - 49.36
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.
Requirements: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start, ACLS, BLS
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for step-down unit patients during night shifts.
Monitor patient vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately within the Epic system.
Float within scope to meet facility needs, including floating between units or sister facilities.
