Job Summary
Emergency Room Pediatric Registered Nurse Location: Not specified. Job Details
Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Certifications and Education: Completion of basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing, verified by a state board of nursing; valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; BLS through AHA; PALS
Experience: 0 to 6 months of related experience
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment and care, documenting accurately, supporting patient education and discharge planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of disease state management, the bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways is preferred.
Ability to organize, prioritize, communicate effectively, and apply professional judgment in a dynamic clinical environment is essential.
