Job Summary
The Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across various age groups and specialties. The position involves direct patient care and ensuring safe, consistent pharmacy services in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pharmacy and medication management services.
Review and manage medications and support patient care.
Provide direct pharmacy services to pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, obstetric, and other patients.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff.
Support outpatient and clinical pharmacy services.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and applicable standards.
Participate in pharmacy programs and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school.
Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacist license.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) .
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist .
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience .
Fingerprinting must be completed and cleared before the start date.
