We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication-management services at Echo Cliffs Health Center in Bodaway Gap, Arizona.
The pharmacist will provide direct pharmacy services to a diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology and obstetric patients .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication-management services
Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
Provide direct clinical pharmacy care as appropriate
Ensure safe and effective medication therapy
Support pharmacy policies, procedures and quality standards
Participate in clinical pharmacy programs and services
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals
Depending on experience/level, provide specialized pharmacy-clinic services and support clinical program development
Advanced-level responsibilities may include pharmacy operations, program oversight and supervision of pharmacy staff
Schedule:
Rotational day shifts
Evening shifts
Night shifts
Weekends
Holidays
Minimum Qualifications:
PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school
Current, valid and unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license
Current AHA BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience
Fingerprinting must be completed and cleared prior to start
Preferred Background:
Candidates with hospital/clinical pharmacy experience and exposure to multiple patient populations, including pediatrics, oncology, obstetrics and geriatric patients, are encouraged to apply.

The organization offers opportunities to progress through pharmacist tiers toward Advanced Practice Pharmacist roles based on experience and qualifications. Advanced Practice Pharmacists may provide specialized clinical services, support pharmacy-based clinics, develop clinical programs and take on operational or supervisory responsibilities.
Clinical Pharmacist opportunity in Bodaway Gap, AZ — 2+ years pharmacist experience with 1+ year clinical experience required, PharmD/BPharm, active U.S. license & AHA BLS; rotating days/evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.
