Minimum Requirements:
Pharmacist License for DE or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: DE and/or MD licensure, BLS
Equipment/Procedures: Epic, Cerner
Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
Experience: 1 year
