Minimum Requirements:
OH Pharmacist License
At least 1 year of inpatient experience
EPIC experience required
Assignment Details:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm.
On-call after some shifts.
Occasional Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
40 hours per week.
