nn nnWork Experience:nnnn Verify medication orders, dosages, allergies, interactions, and contraindications for hospitalized patients.
n Prepare, compound, and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
n Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient care.
n Monitor drug therapy, laboratory results, and patient responses
