The Pharmacist performs clinical and professionalnpharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of drugs and IVnsupplies. The Pharmacist is responsiblenfor reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy. nThe Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals tonplan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness and adverseneffects. The pharmacist provides informationnand advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well asnanalyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to preventnexcessive usage or harmful interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
Current registration and/or license as a Pharmacist in statenof practice required
One (1) year of experience working as a licensed pharmacistnpreferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofnpractice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or statenregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
