Ready for your next hospital pharmacy assignment? We're seeking a Florida-licensed Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at a 40-bed post-acute specialty hospital in Sarasota. This opportunity combines hands-on pharmacy staffing, clinical support, and PIC responsibilities for a pharmacist comfortable working independently in a small hospital setting.

Position Details
Location: Sarasota, FL
Setting: Post-Acute Specialty Hospital (LTAC)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Coverage: Weekend, after-hours, and on-call rotation required
Position Type: Travel contract
Benefits: Competitive weekly pay and full-time benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
Requirements Active Florida Pharmacist license required
Florida Consultant Pharmacist license highly preferred
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
IV compounding experience required, including work in a segregated compounding area
Experience with WellSky pharmacy information systems preferred
Familiarity with Pyxis automated dispensing systems preferred
Ability to assume PIC/Consultant of Record (COR) responsibilities
Strong independent decision-making and communication skills
Availability for weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage
