In this travel Pharmacist job, you will review and verify medication orders, assess dosing and interactions, dispense medications, support medication-safety practices, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team.
Requirements for this Travel Pharmacist Assignment
Active WI license, registration, or certification as required
At least 1 year of recent experience in Pharmacist
BLS certification (AHA) if required by the facility
Ability to follow facility safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Responsibilities for Pharmacist travel job:
Provide Pharmacist services in accordance with facility standards
Follow established clinical workflows, safety protocols, and procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
