Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted. Applicants must have worked in this unit or setting within the past year to be considered for this position. Job Title Physical Therapist Location Peterborough, NH Schedule / Job Type Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care Registry personnel are required to present a state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Valid state or federal issued photo identification required Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting Strong documentation and communication skills Why Join Us Expected 40 hours per week providing a consistent and stable contract schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient care setting through a 14-week engagement Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID .
