Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lee, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients by delivering physical therapy services in line with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to optimize their physical function and mobility. Develop and continually update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care. Document all services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in adherence to practice acts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families to provide holistic care. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT). Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills. Flexibility to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs. Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID .
