Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ years experience for an acute care CAH setting supporting outpatient, inpatient, and home care services.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
MN PT license required if applicable
MN background study required
Ortho and rehab skills required
EPIC charting experience helpful
Responsibilities
Acute care critical access hospital (CAH) setting with a 15-bed hospital and outpatient wellness center
Provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment across outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings (no LTC)
Includes PTA supervision
Utilizes ultrasound, e-stim, and Tractium Ionto equipment
Uses EPIC for charting
8-hour day shifts, generally 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday with minimal weekend and holiday rotation required
May float to other locations within therapy department only
Responsibilities include physical therapy evaluation and treatment, along with PTA supervision
Manager available at all times for support
EPIC training provided as needed during orientation
Scrub colors accepted include Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, and Chocolate Brown, or business casual attire
All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Accepts local candidates within 80 miles of the facility
Candidates with prior employment at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
