The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapynservices including treatment, implementation and documentation under thendirection of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plannof care.
Minimum Requirements:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in thenstate of practice
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical TherapynAssistant
One (1) year of prior professional Physical TherapynAssistant experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or statenregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
