Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Gray, Georgia.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current CPR certification.
Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as user names and password concepts, internet, e-mail, navigation of computer desktop, starting programs, using files and windows, navigation buttons and tool bars, and self-managing online HR services and online training programs.
Assignment Details
Home visits with periodic office meetings.
