Job Summary
nPhysical Therapist Assistant (Home Health) Located in the region of Griffin, GA. This role involves carrying out treatment, implementation, and documentation of patient status for home health patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The position includes home visits and requires reliable transportation for travel across multiple counties.
nJob Details
nnShift Time: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Licensed or regulated as a PTA in the state with at least 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist; current CPR certification; familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as internet, e-mail, navigation of computer desktop, and online HR services.
nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
nAdditional Information: The position requires travel within specific counties, approximately 30-40 miles per day, with travel varying weekly. Home health experience is required. The candidate must be familiar with EMR systems such as HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook.
nSubmission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to commence employment starting 09/07/2026, with the assignment ending on 12/06/2026.
