Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a full-time outpatient role in a community healthcare setting.
Details
Outpatient department with 95% outpatient and approximately 5% long-term care and skilled swing bed patients
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
13-week contract with potential for extension
Requirements
Active state PT license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Must be able to treat a wide variety of patient conditions and diagnoses
Additional Information
Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve functional goals
Collaborative work environment emphasizing teamwork with other health professionals and ancillary staff
Candidates should be open-minded and adaptable to the facility's community-focused care philosophy
Housing is not provided, though a list of housing options will be made available
