American Traveler is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Auburn, Nebraska.

Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Home Health and SNF-based role, supervising PTAs across multiple sites.
Details
Care setting includes SNF and Home Health, split approximately 50/50, with additional coverage assisting Auburn and Syracuse locations based on PTO and census
Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
Supervises 2 PTAs
Onsite Therapy Supervisor available
Uses Net Health for SNF documentation and HCHB for Home Health documentation
Productivity expectations include 80% SNF productivity and a points-based system (approximately 80 minutes per patient, or 27 points if full-time in Home Health)
No call or call-back requirements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
License required if applicable
New graduates accepted
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services across SNF and Home Health settings and supervising PTAs
Accepts first-time travelers
Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
80-mile radius rule applies for local candidate determination
