Prime HCS is seeking a Physical Therapist for an approximately 13-week Outpatient assignment in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy

Weekly Pay: $2,327/wk

Start: ASAP

End: January 9, 2027

What We're Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist with an active Wisconsin license or eligibility to practice through the PT Compact

Outpatient experience preferred

Strong patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Ability to collaborate with the rehabilitation team

Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care
