Shift: 8:30am - 5pm. Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month. Additional coverage is likely needed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays
OT rate: $94.61/hour
License/Certifications required: Michigan Physical Therapist License, BLS
Experience required: Minimum 1 year of experience. EPIC experience required
