Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation setting requiring Cerner EMR experience and active PT licensure.
Details
Rehabilitation unit setting
Day shift schedule, 09:00-17:00, 5x8-hour shifts weekly (40 hours)
Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
Requirements
Active PT license and certifications required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
Must meet required experience listed for the position
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
Returning permanent employees require additional approval prior to consideration
Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
