Minimum Requirements:

Allied Health License for VT or Compact as applicable

Applicable recent experience in this Physical Therapist work setting

Commitment to quality care and adherence to legal and client protocols

Equipment/Procedures: OASIS, home health, hospice experience, EMR system is HealthWyse, outpatient care
