Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Park Rapids, Minnesota.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
1+ years of experience required
Experience in LTC/SNF/TCU required
Assignment Details
Schedule: M-F
Days per week: 5
Occasional weekend coverage as needed
Expected volume: 10-20 patients per day
May float to other facilities

Park Rapids offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town convenience in north-central Minnesota. It is home to the Heartland State Trail, a multi-use trail stretching more than 40 miles, and Itasca State Park, where visitors can see the headwaters of the Mississippi River about 25 miles away. The area also includes Fish Hook Lake and nearby potato fields tied to the local agricultural economy, offering a quiet setting with boating, fishing, and seasonal events. Downtown Park Rapids features Main Avenue shopping and dining, and the city is about 90 miles from Bemidji for additional regional services and airport access.
