Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Crestwood, Illinois.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
Setting: Adult day care center.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
