Job description
Healthforce seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ukiah, CA. Start date 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks at a short-term acute care hospital. Day shift 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 5 days/week, 40 hours guaranteed. Weekly pay provided.
Responsibilities include PT evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and coordinating with the care team. EPIC documentation is required. Travel and credentialing support available.
