Job description
Physical Therapist - General travel assignment in Ukiah, California, begins 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks at a short-term acute care hospital. Weekly pay ranges from $2,052 to $2,185 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), five days per week, no weekends.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to restore and improve physical function
Deliver therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and established protocols
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate as a co-leader in patient group activities
Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines; communicate discharge plans to the care team
Supervise assigned assistants and provide patient education on safety and self-management
Maintain EPIC electronic health record documentation and ensure continuity of care across transitions
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required, if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (California) required
CPR/BLS certification required
At least two years of recent physical therapy experience
Pelvic floor therapy experience with PRPC or WCS certification, or actively pursuing certification (preferred)
EPIC experience required
Current nursing license per the state of assignment (as referenced in job notes)
