Job description
HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. The role involves evaluating residents in a skilled nursing facility, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility and independence.
Requirements include an active PT license, DPT or equivalent, and CPR/BLS. Travel and documentation in EHR are expected, with consistent weekly pay of 2,270–2,365 and guaranteed 35 hours per week.
