Job description
Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Skowhegan, ME. The role requires treating residents in a skilled nursing facility, conducting evaluations, and developing plans to improve mobility and independence.
Responsibilities include gait training, ROM work, documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Start date is 10/19/2026; weekly pay is provided and guaranteed hours are 35 per week.
