AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Aurora, Colorado.

Travel PT Home Health jobs in Denver, CO offer 13-week contracts with variable 8-hour shifts and 36-40 hours per week. You must have a Colorado PT license, and home health experience is highly preferred. The coverage area includes Aurora and North Denver, with no on-call required.
Your responsibilities include providing physical therapy services in patients’ homes, developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will focus on promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and improved quality of life for your patients.
