American Medical Staffing seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in South Portland, Maine.
Location and Schedule
City, State. Setting: Home Health. Shift: 8 hours, days. 40 hours per week.

Start Date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel.
Pay Range:

Requirements
(YEARS) years of experience as a PT
Qualified applicants MUST have at least (YEARS) years of experience in Home Health
Valid Physical Therapist license
Be willing to obtain (STATE) licensure
Responsibilities
Deliver one‑on‑one, high‑touch care to patients in their homes
Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
Create and manage individualized care plans
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
