Job Details
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy, current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, 2 years of experience in home health care, and ability to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult patient populations and familiarity with home health care protocols.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The position requires delivering outpatient physical therapy services directly within patients' homes, focusing on rehabilitation and improving mobility. Candidates should be capable of managing a diverse caseload and adhering to established treatment protocols.
