PT needed asapAs part of a vibrant team, participate in providing client related therapy services, including but not limited to, activities which assist clients in restoring or improving independent function relative to activities of daily living within the scope of practice to SummitWest Care clients.Requirements1. Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy2. Currently licensed and in good standing in the State of Colorado3. Previous home care experience4. Valid driver’s license and auto insuranceDress Code:1. Clothing should be clean and free from of tears, rips, and stains2. Closed toed shoes are required in the field3. Clothing displaying potentially offensive images and/or language is not permitted4. Scrubs and business casual clothing are acceptable attireSystems Utilized:1. Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel2. Sansio EMREquipment Provided:1. IPadFor EMR - We use Sansio Home Solutions for our skilled department.
